- If cancellation occurs before the start of the service or project, we will not charge for any work that hasn’t begun. However, once work has started, the payment made is non-refundable.
02. No Refund Policy
- As an IT services firm, we provide specialized, service-based solutions that are customized for each client. Once the services are rendered or the project is in progress, we do not offer refunds.
- Payments made for any work initiated, including consultation, development, design, or SEO services, are non-refundable, as we begin our work immediately upon agreement.

- In case of any issues related to service delivery, we will review the situation and may offer to revise or modify the service to meet your expectations, but we will not provide refunds.
